On October 26, 2026, Provence Tourisme and the CCI Aix-Marseille-Provence formalized a partnership aimed at strengthening their synergies for the economic development of the region and the performance of tourism businesses.

This agreement seeks to combine the expertise of both organizations to develop complementary offerings and provide solutions tailored to the current challenges of the tourism sector, particularly by supporting professionals in their transitions.
Strategic themes include supporting tourism businesses in their transitions and improving their performance. Provence Tourisme and CCIAMP commit to mutually promoting their support programs, thereby increasing visibility for complementary offers that address current needs.
Among the initiatives are accessibility support from Provence Tourisme, focusing on awareness of different types of disabilities and inclusive reception, as well as CCIAMP's training programs on sustainable tourism, such as the sustainable tourism referent and eco-gestures for CHR (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants).
The partnership will also develop a joint offering for estimating the economic impact of events, enabling local authorities to measure the impact of their events on their territory. The CCIAMP, through its study department CCI VisionECo, will contribute its expertise in impact assessments.
