This multidisciplinary team will contribute to defining major development orientations and ensuring project coherence. It will pay particular attention to the Canet sector and the future park of the Aygalades stream, a major axis for the territory's ecological transition.
This mission continues the framework agreement 2025-2040, which sets out the project's ambitions for the next fifteen years. By 2040, several objectives guide this transformation: completion of the first phase of Euroméditerranée, continuation of the second phase development around the future park of the Aygalades stream, creation of an additional 10,000 housing units, development of 250,000 m² of offices, and strengthening links between the coastline and neighboring districts.
Through this new phase, Euroméditerranée pursues its ambition: to build a more sustainable, more livable, and fully integrated Mediterranean city.
The consortium includes: UAPS (lead urban planner), D’ici Là (landscape architect), Fabienne Nabet-Hugon (heritage architect), BOC (programmer), Atelier Franck Boutté (environmental / sustainable development engineering consultancy), Confluences (hydrologist / ecologist engineering consultancy), TPF-Ingénierie (civil engineering consultancy), and CITEC (mobility engineering consultancy).
