The Mayor of Miramas, Frédéric Vigouroux, visited the show flat at the Trident on Friday, October 9th, marking a key step in the rehabilitation program for the Mercure and Trident residences.

A visit to the show flat took place on Friday, October 9th, at the Trident in Miramas, attended by Frédéric Vigouroux, Mayor of Miramas, Damien Vanoverschelde, CEO of 13 Habitat, and project partners. This initiative aims to improve residents' living environment through housing rehabilitation.
The rehabilitation program includes the installation of new joinery, adjustable sunshades, railing cladding, and an overall improvement in housing comfort. These works are part of an urban renewal effort.
In total, 442 homes across four residences – Mercure, Trident, Levant, and Les Caravelles – will benefit from this program. The goal is to enhance the buildings' energy performance and residents' quality of life, within the framework of the ANRU (National Agency for Urban Renovation).
This ambitious project is the result of collaboration between 13 Habitat, the City of Miramas, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, the company GCC RESID, lead architect Sébastien LABASTIE, and AMO ALTEREA.
