The Building Material Reuse Platform of the Environnement & Solidarité association is organizing a new series of "Proximity Collection" operations. The goal is to meet residents to facilitate material donations and prevent them from ending up in waste disposal centers.
Instead of traveling to their platform, the association's teams will join two mobile waste collection unit stops to meet users in certain towns within the Pays des Écrins.
The principle for donors is simple: all types of building materials are welcome, including tools, wood, metal, plumbing, electrical components, coverings, sanitary ware, and heating equipment. To ensure the reusability of donations and facilitate on-site organization, donors must send photos of their materials to 07 62 65 83 01 before coming.
The upcoming dates for these "Proximity Collections" are scheduled for Friday, October 2nd in Vallouise-Pelvoux, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the station parking lot, and Wednesday, October 14th in Puy Saint Vincent, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eyssalarettes parking lot.
