On Sunday, November 1, 2026, the Municipality and members of the Municipal Council of Bagnols-en-Forêt gathered for a moment of remembrance and memory, to pay homage to those who have marked our history and given their lives for France. The ceremony began at the War Memorial with a wreath-laying, followed by a minute of silence. The elected officials then proceeded to the military square of the communal cemetery to lay a wreath. This moment of reflection continued with the performance of La Marseillaise. Finally, the ceremony concluded in front of the tomb of Philippe Séguin, former President of the National Assembly, where a tribute was paid with a flower-laying. The Municipality reaffirms its commitment to the duty of remembrance and the transmission of our history to future generations.
