Each year, producers and artisans gather for the Flavors Festival of the Park, organized by the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park. The event, held on the tree-lined site of the Promenade with Mont Ventoux as a backdrop, allows for the preparation of a gourmet winter through the discovery of exceptional flavors.
From 9 AM to 6 PM, about forty stalls will offer products from direct sales by farmers, winegrowers, and artisans. Among them, 7 producers benefit from the 'Valeurs Parc du Mont-Ventoux' brand, including two new estates, Le Chêne bleu and La Camarette, recognized for their organic AOC wine production.
This edition also welcomes new exhibitors: Wool Products from Ventoux, goat ice cream and cheeses from Le Rove, as well as flours and pastas from the Albion plateau.
The occasion also provides an opportunity to discover the new 'Graines du Ventoux' sector, focused on local organic cereals and legumes. Created in 2023, it brings together farms, mills, bakeries, and artisans committed to sustainable, healthy, and local agriculture and food.
For on-site dining, tables will be available for the public to enjoy 100% market products, such as bread, charcuterie, goat cheese, snails, soups, wines, and beers by the glass.
A free workshop on seasonal wild fruit jam will be offered by La Nacelle, upon registration at 06 66 65 29 62.
The afternoon will feature four guided tours: at 2 PM and 3 PM, a discovery of the Le Vadrouilleur distillery and its artisanal gin production; at 3 PM and 4 PM, a visit to the mythical Boyer nougat factory.
