Conceived as a true resource space, this sensory room, currently being tested at the Boris Vian school, has been welcoming children since this summer in an environment conducive to calm, exploration, and well-being. Light games, sensory materials, motor skills courses, and relaxation areas are available to support each child.
Open to all children, this new facility aligns with the City's objective to foster an ever more inclusive school adapted to everyone's needs.
This commitment to inclusion is demonstrated through the implementation of enhanced support for children with specific needs. A dedicated reception procedure, trained referent animators, the creation of this sensory room, and new educational workshops will provide increasingly tailored support.
The main objective is to foster the development of each child and ensure quality care during school, after-school, and extracurricular periods.
