The university dynamic initiated by the City of Grasse continues with the launch of the Grasse Campus 3 project. The SPL Pays de Grasse Développement, chaired by Jérôme Viaud, has been entrusted with a new mandate to support the realization of this operation, with the goal of revitalizing the historic center and increasing its attractiveness.
The future campus will be located at 15 rue Paul-Goby, within a building that also faces the forecourt of the Charles Nègre médiathèque, right in the heart of the old town. According to Nicolas Tcherniatine, director of the SPL, this building will strengthen the local higher education provision and contribute to students settling in the city center.
Beyond its educational purpose, this campus is designed as a lever for the revitalization of the historic center. The arrival of new students is expected to boost local life, support nearby businesses, and enhance Grasse's appeal to young people and higher education stakeholders.
