The implementation of this urban development project in the Fleurs neighborhood of Grasse, led by social housing provider 3F Sud, raises environmental concerns. Potential impacts on protected species necessitate obtaining prior prefectural authorization, in accordance with Article L411-2 of the Environmental Code.
To this end, a derogation request file has been submitted by the project owner. In line with the principles of the Environmental Charter, the public is invited to review this file and submit their observations.
The public consultation period runs from September 26, 2026, to October 26, 2026. Observations can be submitted through an online questionnaire provided by the DREAL Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
