The municipality of La Roquette-sur-Siagne has implemented a free Tele-Alert system to quickly inform its residents in case of natural, industrial, chemical, or health risks.

This efficient system complements existing communication channels and allows residents to be notified by phone, SMS, email, or fax within fifteen minutes. The municipality emphasizes the importance of listening to the entire message and following validation instructions to confirm receipt.
Telephone data was collected through the universal directory. Registration is therefore automatic for individuals listed. However, residents can provide additional contact details (mobile number, office number, email address) for more comprehensive information.
Individuals not listed in the directory (red list) or those working in the municipality but not residing there can register via the link: app.telealerte.fr/inscription/subscribe.jsp?showForm=false or by filling out a registration form at the town hall reception.
The TÉLÉALERTE platform adheres to the CNIL's recommendations regarding the right to be included or excluded from a file and data modification. Residents who no longer wish to use the service can request immediate removal from the databases by contacting the town hall.
