Initiated by Mayor Ladislas Polski, an agreement was signed on September 28th between the Town and the Sainte-Marie Hospital Center. The goal is to bring mental health services closer to the residents of La Trinité.
This agreement, signed by the mayor and Virginie Mouraret, director of Sainte-Marie Hospital, allows the sector's Medical-Psychological Center (CMP) to hold outreach sessions within the France Services Space, managed by the CCAS. These appointments are offered every other Monday morning.
These new outreach sessions are particularly aimed at individuals who find it difficult to travel to the CMP Rembrandt or who are disconnected from care pathways. The presence of these professionals closer to the residents of La Trinité aims to facilitate the resumption or continuity of care.
The initiative also seeks to strengthen coordination between CMP teams and local healthcare professionals. Individuals wishing to access these services can book appointments directly with CMP Rembrandt. CCAS social workers are also available to guide concerned individuals.
