Jérémy Baillion, an archer from the Archers du Parc de Mouans-Sartoux club, has won the bronze medal at the U21 World Field Archery Championships in classic archery, held in Yankton, South Dakota.

The young athlete, who began archery at the age of 10 with his local club, secured third place globally in the U21 category. He won the third-place match against Mexico's Neil Oliver Méndez by a narrow margin, 58 to 57. This competition marked his first major international event.
His results have shown consistent progress in recent years: he was the French U18 Champion in 2021 and the French U21 Vice-Champion in 2025. Currently a student at an engineering school in Sophia Antipolis, his next goal is to be selected for the French national team for the European Championship in February.
The City of Mouans-Sartoux congratulated Jérémy Baillion for this significant achievement, as well as the volunteers and coaches of Archers du Parc for their dedication.
