Several key items are on the agenda for the public session of the Metropolitan Council. In terms of finances, a debate on the budgetary orientations for the year 2027 is scheduled. The Council will also be asked to participate in the emergency fund established by the Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur following the events of October 17, 2026, with a contribution of €250,000.

These include provisions for retirees, metropolitan penitentiary administration staff, and clarifications on tariffs for hospital establishments. Free parking for itinerant healthcare professionals providing home care is also proposed.
In general affairs, the Council will acknowledge the communication of the final observations report from the Chambre régionale des comptes Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur on the audit of the Metropolis's accounts and management for fiscal years 2020 onwards, following storms Alex and Aline. The budgetary control notice from the Chamber concerning the GIP “Grand Prix de France – Le Castellet” will also be noted, indicating that an expenditure of €1,241,391 is not mandatory for the Metropolis.
In terms of urban renewal, the application of the Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur to the 3rd National Urban Renovation Program will be approved, targeting the priority neighborhoods of the urban policy “Vence-Centre” and “Nice Paillon,” with potential inclusion of other neighborhoods pending further studies.
Finally, in the area of biodiversity, an exceptional subsidy of €20,000 is proposed for 2026 to the association Instinct Animal – SOS Faune Sauvage for the care of the Cestoni's Tomb Bats, emblematic bats of Nice facing significant mortality. A subsidy of €20,000 is also proposed for 2027 for the operation of the care center.
