Following recent violence affecting local businesses, the CCI Aix-Marseille-Provence has launched a one-stop shop and published practical guides to assist professionals with their recovery procedures.

The CCI Aix-Marseille-Provence, in partnership with the CPME, has developed 11 reference guides detailing the essential steps for affected business owners. These documents provide guidance on immediate actions, legal deadlines, and common pitfalls to avoid when securing premises and seeking compensation.
Key recommendations include photographing and filming all damage before touching anything, securing remaining stock and documents, and filing a police report promptly. Business owners are also advised to save video surveillance footage and gather all invoices and accounting records to quantify losses.
The support measures also cover partial activity schemes, with state funding available for companies with fewer than 250 employees. Additionally, free psychological support is provided by the Préfecture through a dedicated unit at 06 32 10 12 67.
The Urgence Commerces service is available from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, to provide personalized assistance to local businesses.
