The Habitat25 exhibition, held at the IMVT from November 20, 2025, to February 16, 2026, provided an overview of housing production in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

Organized by ensa•m in partnership with DREAL PACA, the Regional Association HLM PACA et Corse, the Banque des Territoires, Action Logement, and the Public Land Establishment PACA (EPF), the Habitat25 exhibition offered a panorama of housing construction in the region. It addressed current sector challenges through architectural achievements, research, and professional exchanges, focusing on standardization, architectural quality, and adaptation to residents' needs. The regional social housing awards particularly highlighted projects promoting diversity, inclusion, and solidarity.
The exhibition catalogue, directed by ensa•m's teacher-researchers Jérôme Guéneau and Gilles Sensini, extends this reflection. It complements the exhibition by combining research, field experiences, and perspectives from housing stakeholders, thus contributing to the debate on creating quality, non-standardized housing rooted in its territory.
