The Vallée des Baux Alpilles Community of Communes has installed its first set of cycling facilities, which are now operational and freely accessible, including secure bike boxes and inflation/repair stations.

A first wave of cycling facility equipment has been installed this week across several municipalities within the Vallée des Baux Alpilles Community of Communes. These installations are now operational and accessible to all.
Secure bicycle boxes are now available in the municipalities of Aureille and Saint-Étienne-du-Grès. Their use is free and access is autonomous, requiring users to bring their own personal lock to secure the box.
Furthermore, free-access inflation and repair stations are also available in the municipalities of Aureille, Baux de Provence, Eygalières, Fontvieille, Mas Blanc des Alpilles, Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
New equipment, including bike boxes, inflation stations, bicycle parking racks, and lockers for panniers and batteries, will be installed from November 2026 to January 2027 throughout the territory. A map to locate all the cycling facilities will soon be available on the community's website.
