A new medico-educational facility for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders will open its doors in Salon-de-Provence. Temporary premises will welcome the first families starting January 2027, before the full opening of the new building in spring 2029.

This new establishment, supported by the ARS Paca, will offer 30 places tailored to the specific needs of young people aged 0 to 20 with autism spectrum disorders. The goal is to provide personalized and coordinated support, promoting the inclusion of children in their living environments.
The facility will feature three types of support: 7 residential places operating year-round, 13 flexible-day places for 210 days a year, and 10 outreach places to provide support within the children's usual living environments.
This initiative is part of ARS Paca's commitment to diversifying medico-social services for children with disabilities. Special attention will be given to complex situations, particularly those involving dual vulnerability related to child protection, requiring enhanced and coordinated support.
