The decree, published in the Official Journal on October 29, 2026, specifically addresses damages caused by floods, mudslides, and land movements.
Residents who have suffered direct material damage are invited to declare their claim to their insurance company if they have not already done so, and to submit an estimated statement of their material losses to initiate the compensation procedure.
The municipality of Port-de-Bouc is mobilized to assist residents with their administrative procedures. The natural disaster decree can be downloaded from the town hall's website or obtained at the town hall's reception.
A copy of the ministerial decree will be sent by email to individuals who have returned the "Natural Disaster" information form to the town hall.
