Eligible organizations are encouraged to submit their applications promptly. Social associations must apply through the dedicated online form. Required supporting documents include a letter addressed to the President, the association's administrative and financial documents (presentation, prefectural receipt, statutes, activity report, financial year, provisional budget, general assembly report, activity projects), a signed declaration of honor, and bank details (RIB or RIP).
For sports clubs and associations, a specific application file for 2027 is available. Similarly, high-level athletes can access the grant application dossier for 2027.
Associations organizing a promotional event, whether sporting or cultural, can also apply for a grant. To do so, an application must be submitted to the 'maison du canton' or sent via email to a.kihal@cc-paysdesecrins.com. This application should include a presentation of the event, a provisional budget table, and bank details in the association's name.
