The Department of Hautes-Alpes is launching a call for applications to award additional funding to Home Autonomy Services (SAD). This aid aims to finance actions that improve the quality of service provided to users, particularly for complex care, off-peak hours, or interventions in isolated areas.

Maintaining people with reduced autonomy at home is a priority for the Department of Hautes-Alpes. Home Autonomy Services (SAD) play a key role in this area. The Department is committed to supporting the "home-based shift" through quality, skills, and professional practice innovation.
This call for applications, through a "quality endowment," aims to financially support SADs that commit to specific objectives: interventions for complex care, off-peak hours, isolated municipalities, innovative organization for caregivers, and combating the isolation of accompanied individuals while offering respite for caregivers.
Selected services will benefit from additional funding and will subsequently enter into a contractual process with the Department's services. This process must lead, at the latest one year after the notification of the call for applications results, to the signing of a Multi-year Objective and Means Contract (CPOM) or an amendment to it, specifying the conditions for implementing the additional funding.
In accordance with decree n° 2022-735 of April 28, 2022, this call for applications will be renewed annually until December 31, 2030. The deadline for submitting applications is December 1, 2026, at 5 PM.
