The City of Bandol is launching the "Sport Santé Passerelle" program, an initiative designed to encourage individuals over 60, who are isolated or sedentary, to resume adapted physical activity.

This program, supported by the CDOS (Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee), will host a group of 15 participants for a one-hour weekly session over four months. The goal is to enable everyone to restart physical activity at their own pace, in a friendly and adapted environment.
Following this initial phase, participants will be directed to a local sports association, such as GVF, to continue their practice long-term.
The first session is scheduled for November, with a second session in March.
Registration is open through the sports department at +33 4 94 29 22 71 or +33 4 94 29 22 72, or by email at sports@bandol.fr.
