The city of Draguignan transforms into a festive setting for nearly a month, featuring illuminations, treats, and meetings with Santa Claus. The town center invites everyone to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the end-of-year holidays.
The Christmas and Delicacies Village, located on boulevard Clemenceau, opens its doors from December 11. Visitors can discover creations by artisans at the Christmas markets and enjoy a carousel ride or a gourmet break.
An ice rink is set up in the parking lot of Allées d’Azémar from December 11 to January 3. Families and friends, beginners or experienced skaters, are invited to share a moment of pleasure on the ice, with special "Snowstorm" evenings planned.
Magic fills the streets with grand Christmas parades, shows, creative workshops, and numerous surprises for children. Santa Claus also awaits the little ones in his house at place du Marché.
In terms of culture, the Chapelle de l’Observance hosts the new exhibition "Ré-création, mes souvenirs d’enfance" (Re-creation, my childhood memories). Apéro-concerts (concerts with drinks) are also scheduled at the Christmas Village.
To end the year in style, a fireworks display will take place on Wednesday, December 30, at 6:45 PM, on boulevard Clemenceau.
From December 8 to 23, local merchants are participating with a grand Christmas raffle, a contest for the most beautiful shop windows, and a riddle hunt for children, offering a great opportunity to discover downtown boutiques and prepare Christmas gifts.
