Until October 30, Draguignan is offering two youth educational projects: the creation of a mural at Jean Zay school and gardening work at the biodiversity oasis.

Two youth projects are currently underway in Draguignan until October 30. The first is taking place at Jean Zay school, where young people are painting a mural on the dividing wall between the kindergarten and the sundial residence. This initiative, requested by the academy inspectorate, the school principal, and the School Affairs department, aims to block the view of the buildings and beautify the daily lives of the youngest children.
The second project focuses on the biodiversity oasis, located behind the communal cemetery on Boulevard des Remparts. Supervised by the Environment department, this gardening project involves clearing brush, hoeing, and assembling metal planters. These will be filled with tree trunks, leaves, and branches to promote organic and ecological cultivation in the near future.
These educational youth projects are designed as pedagogical, educational, and cultural tools. They allow young people aged 14 to 17 to discover the realities of the working world and integrate into civic life. To reward their commitment, they receive a €80 leisure grant.
