As every year, the city is organizing the Pink October event this Thursday, October 8. This day is dedicated to the fight against breast cancer.
On Boulevard Clemenceau, citizens can meet health professionals who will be hosting information and awareness stands. A choreography by the gymnasts of GR Dracénoise will take place on the boulevard starting at 5:30 PM.
Also not to be missed is the start of the walk at 6:00 PM. Following the walk, a choreography by the association Créations éphémères will be presented, followed by the inauguration of the photo exhibition Une envolée d’espérance by Alexia Cassar at the Chapelle de l’Observance.
In support of women affected by breast cancer, local businesses are decorating their windows in pink, as are the Tour de l’Horloge and Place Cassin.
