The island of Porquerolles, located on the French Riviera, will host the 52nd International Research Conference in Marketing from June 1 to June 4, 2027. Organized by the CERGAM Research Center, in partnership with the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and the Toulon Graduate School of Management, this conference is a renowned annual event for its setting conducive to intellectual exchange.
Chaired by Pierre Chandon (INSEAD) and David Faro (London Business School), with Ayelet Fishbach (The University of Chicago Booth School of Business) as the keynote speaker, the conference will focus on consumer behavior. Coordinators Aurélie Kessous, Fanny Magnoni, Brigitte Müller, and Isabelle Muratore, all affiliated with CERGAM, will oversee the organization.
The conference, known as La Londe, is a small gathering of about 50 talks on consumer behavior, held every other year. It is distinguished by its longer presentation formats and informal setting, fostering rich intellectual exchange among top-level researchers from around the world. This year, it will be held on the island of Porquerolles, described by the BBC as 'picture-perfect'.
Topics of interest include theoretical or empirical advances in understanding and predicting consumer behavior, particularly responses to marketing communications and all aspects of consumer behavior. Researchers are invited to submit original papers in English, which can be competitive papers or 'flash talks' to showcase ongoing research.
The deadline for paper submission is December 14, 2026, and notification to authors will be on March 10, 2027. Submissions must adhere to specific formats, including page limits and APA referencing style. Authors are invited to submit their work via the conference management interface: https://lalondeconf.sciencesconf.org/
