The Dracénie Provence Verdon Agglomeration (DPV) is launching the 'Engaged Company in Sorting and Valorization of WEEE' sticker to distinguish companies within its 23 municipalities that are committed to responsible waste management.

This new distinction, co-organized with the Conseil de Développement en Dracénie, aims to highlight concrete actions by companies in waste sorting, recycling, and valorization, as part of a proactive approach to sustainable development and the promotion of the circular economy.
The primary objectives of this sticker are to reduce waste production at the source, optimize material recycling and valorization, encourage effective waste sorting, raise awareness among employees and partners, and actively contribute to the circular economy.
To obtain the sticker, a company must achieve a minimum score of 15/20 based on these criteria. The sticker is valid for one year.
Winning companies will benefit from public recognition, increased visibility on DPV platforms, a communication and loyalty tool, promotion through promotional videos, and will receive a sticker and a digital format.
This distinction may also serve as a stepping stone for applications for departmental or regional labels and certifications.
