Homeowners with an old property in the town center of Le Luc who have renovation projects are invited to an informational public meeting. The goal is to present the aid schemes implemented by the Town to support renovation efforts.
The OPAH-RU (Planned Operation for Housing Improvement and Urban Renewal) program targets, under certain conditions, owner-occupiers, landlords wishing to renovate a property for rent, investors, and co-ownership syndicates.
Properties over 15 years old, whether occupied or vacant, as well as certain premises that can be converted into housing, are eligible. Eligible works can include safety improvements, combating unsanitary conditions or degradation, adaptation for aging or disability, and enhancing energy performance.
Up to 80% in aid, or even 100% in some cases, may be granted. Professionals are available to provide free support to homeowners throughout their process, from defining the project to managing subsidy applications.
A free consultation service is also available at the town hall every Friday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Professionals can assist with project definition, identifying eligible funding, preparing aid applications, and following up with various financiers.
