Officials and technicians from the Sud Sainte Baume Agglomeration Community met on Friday, October 23rd to discuss the progress of the 2026-2031 Local Housing Program (PLH).

During a restricted steering committee meeting, representatives from member municipalities, including elected officials, Directors General of Services, urban planning agents, and CCAS staff, discussed the Local Housing Program (PLH) project for the 2026-2031 period. This meeting aimed to share the orientations that will define the inter-municipal housing policy for the next six years, incorporating feedback and expertise from newly installed elected officials.
This PLH project, the result of work initiated in May 2024, is based on an in-depth diagnosis of the territory. The goal is to address major housing challenges: diversifying supply, ensuring access to housing for all, developing affordable housing, and promoting balanced development across the municipalities.
These discussions help to strengthen a common vision and collectively build a housing policy tailored to the needs of the territory and its inhabitants.
