In response to intense rainfall episodes, the City of Saint-Tropez is undertaking a works program to optimize rainwater drainage and limit flooding risks on its roads.

Targeted interventions have recently been carried out in several areas of the municipality to improve the overall performance of the rainwater drainage system. These works aim to prevent issues related to heavy precipitation.
Among the completed projects, the Boulevard des Antiboul saw the installation of a grated channel to direct water towards the Carles stream. On the Chemin des Mas de Capon, a collection system was created to protect coastal access. The Vieux-chemin de Sainte-Anne now has a grate to prevent water accumulation on the roadway. Finally, the Chemin de Sainte-Anne and chemin des Bastidettes had their piping renewed to improve flow during heavy rains.
Further projects are already planned, notably between the Chemin de Saint-Antoine and the Chemin des Amoureux. These initiatives are part of modernizing the sanitation system and reinforcing infrastructure security against water runoff. These facilities play a strategic role in preserving municipal roads, ensuring user safety, and reducing weather-related nuisances.
