Pierrefeu-du-Var revived its now unmissable Soup Festival for an eighth edition that lived up to all expectations on October 31st. Between 4,000 and 5,000 people attended this evening dedicated to Halloween, conviviality, and a few shivers!
This edition was a success, thanks in particular to the commitment of the association Pierrefeu Terre de Partages, the driving force behind the event. Its members, along with over 20 local associations, prepared soups with imaginative and humorous recipes. Numerous volunteers also contributed to the smooth running of the event.
The atmosphere was enhanced by street performances, including a magician and fire-eaters, as well as two concerts by the bands Los Fralibos and Bazar. Municipal services also played a significant role, and the Youth Space organized a special activity for younger children.
The evening concluded with a grand parade through the village streets, followed by the highly anticipated 'fear trail,' an experience that perfectly achieved its goal of thrilling participants.
