Students from L'Escouleto kindergarten in Saint-Tropez participated in an olive harvest, an educational initiative to learn about local olive oil production.

As part of the annual production of Saint-Tropez olive oil, children from l'Escouleto kindergarten took part in the olive harvest, directly in their schoolyard.
Guided by master miller Max Doleatto and his team, the young students learned the harvesting techniques and the various stages of making this local specialty.
This educational experience allowed the youngest to learn from nature, while raising their awareness of environmental preservation, local traditions, and the richness of Saint-Tropez's heritage.
Once picked, the olives will be taken to the Flayosquet oil mill for pressing and bottling. The Huile de Saint-Tropez will then be offered for sale at the Tourist Office.
The City wishes to thank Max Doleatto and his collaborators for their availability and their commitment to passing on this know-how, as well as the director of l'Escouleto kindergarten and all the educational staff for their dedication.
