This cooperation, supported by François Fulconis, professor of management sciences at Avignon University, aims to consolidate links between the two institutions in the fields of economics, management, training, and research.
During her stay, Professor Miruna Nachescu provided teaching to students at the IUT d’Avignon in the BUT Packaging, packaging and conditioning (PEC) program on the theme 'Packaging, circular economy and supply chain'. She also spoke to Master 1 AES students, MITN track, at the ICPSN, on 'Innovation and digital transformation in the context of environmental transition'.
The mobility also provided an opportunity for meetings with training managers from the IUT and ICPSN, fostering exchanges on prospects for pedagogical cooperation.
Scientifically, Professor Miruna Nachescu led a research seminar within the .JPEG laboratory, strengthening collaborations in economics and management. Institutional meetings also explored expanding collaborations to other programs and joint projects between Avignon University and the University of West Timișoara, with the support of Avignon University's international relations service.
Miruna Nachescu, a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of West Timișoara, specializes in management sciences, corporate finance, information systems, and modeling. She is also a member of the ECREB research laboratory and serves as chief of staff to the president of her university.
This mobility highlights Avignon University's commitment to developing sustainable international cooperations, combining teaching, research, and institutional exchanges, and promoting the circulation of knowledge between European institutions.
