Grand Avignon has opened applications to form the second term of its Development Council. This body, bringing together 60 individuals from diverse backgrounds – residents, economic, associative, cultural, and scientific actors – serves as a key platform for reflection and proposals within the agglomeration.
The Development Council is designed as a space for participatory democracy, aiming to monitor and evolve the territorial project of Grand Avignon. Members will have the opportunity to provide input on inter-municipal planning documents and actively participate in shaping local policies focused on promoting sustainable development, a central pillar of the Agglomeration's strategy.
Applications are open until October 23, 2026, inclusive. This initiative invites citizens and professionals to engage in local governance and the development of their territory.
