For eight weeks, the festival offered a gourmet, cultural, and convivial journey around Mont-Ventoux. Culinary workshops and demonstrations were particularly popular with participants, featuring activities like "Pain en balade" (Bread on the go), biscuit making, and candied fruit preparation, a new addition this year that was highly successful. Conferences on local produce, lavender, and truffles also drew a curious audience eager to learn and taste.
Local food festivals also gathered large crowds, keen to meet and interact with local producers. Events dedicated to the AOP Muscat du Ventoux grape in Malemort-du-Comtat, olive oil in Villes-sur-Auzon, honey in Pernes-les-Fontaines, mushrooms in Saint-Trinit, and the emblematic Park Flavors Festival in Sault marked this edition. A new attraction also drew interest: the discovery of an outdoor "Mont-Ventoux pig" farm in Saint-Christol-d’Albion.
The Mont-Ventoux Park expressed its sincere gratitude to the local producers, artisans, and associations for their commitment. These stakeholders largely invested in offering events that enlivened the autumn season around Mont-Ventoux.
As this 19th edition concludes, the Park's team is already preparing for the 20th edition. An unprecedented format is under consideration, which would coincide with the Park's move to its new premises in Bédoin. The 2027 anniversary edition will be a key event.
