The village of Saint-Marcellin-Lès-Vaison hosted the opening of the new Les Étoiles d'Automne festival on Saturday evening. The event was characterized by conviviality and surprises, featuring a talent competition with six contestants.
Participants included Quentin Henot (electric guitar improvisation), Michel Barrier (performing his song « Hé, charriez pas mon papa »), the group The Cover Team (Celtic-influenced song), Typhaine Roulland (singing Yseult's « Corps »), Loïc Tillieux (humorous and energetic hairdressing show), and Angèle Griotto (performing Edith Piaf's Hymne à l’amour).
Angèle Griotto emerged as the winner of the first stage with her rendition of the Hymne à l’amour, securing her place in the Grand Finale scheduled for December 3rd in Vaison-la-Romaine.
The Les Étoiles d'Automne festival will continue through various villages in Vaison Ventoux with twelve more stages. Each event includes a friendly gathering with an aperitif and meal, followed by the talent competition.
Individuals interested in participating in upcoming stages, whether in singing, music, dance, stand-up comedy, or circus arts, are encouraged to join the adventure.
