The CoVe's Renovation Meetings are partnering with Bail Rénov’ to offer a workshop specifically designed for landlords. This event aims to provide clear information on rental rules and housing compliance, particularly regarding energy performance.
The workshop will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 3:30 PM, in the Salle Montagard in Mazan. It is intended for anyone who owns an apartment or house that they rent out or plan to rent, to review current and future obligations.
The Bail Rénov’ initiative offers free support to landlords in understanding regulations and the challenges of energy renovation. It specifically highlights the compliance deadlines for the Energy Performance Diagnosis (DPE), affecting G-rated homes since 2025, followed by F-rated homes in 2028, and E-rated homes in 2034.
Participants will be able to learn about key aspects: rental regulations, landlord obligations, compliance deadlines, energy renovation works, available financial and tax aid, and the support contacts and schemes.
The goal is to enable landlords to anticipate regulatory changes and identify solutions for undertaking renovation projects if needed. Bail Rénov’ provides personalized advice and free pre-diagnostic visits to assess necessary works and available aid.
