This Sunday, October 11th, over 200 people participated in the 'Foulées douces' in Montfavet, a sporting event aimed at raising awareness for mental health and promoting physical activity as a moment of sharing.

Under sunny but cool weather, the run and walk brought together runners, walkers, health professionals, users, associations, and residents around the common goal of making physical activity a vehicle for sharing, inclusion, and mental health awareness.
Beyond individual performances, it was the energy, enthusiasm, and commitment of all participants that were celebrated.
The organization of this event, which was in its 3rd edition, was praised, particularly thanks to the mobilization of the Local Council for Mental Health (CLSM), dedicated volunteers, services and units of the Centre Hospitalier de Montfavet, as well as the involved organizers, partners, and associations.
Participants will soon receive an email with a link to access the full photo reportage of the event.
