The municipality of Pernes-les-Fontaines announces a change in waste collection days for residents who have individual bins for packaging (excluding glass) and household waste. This modification will take effect from October 1st.
This change aims to achieve several objectives: optimizing collection routes for increased efficiency, improving the performance of municipal services, and reducing the kilometers traveled by collection vehicles, thereby contributing to lower associated emissions.
The former collection sectors have been redefined. New sectors have been mapped out, based on the type of collection (household waste or packaging excluding glass), to divide the territory more coherently and effectively.
