Committed to revitalizing its town center and enhancing its heritage, the municipality of Vitrolles-en-Lubéron is actively seeking a new operator for its communal establishment. This call for applications concerns the management and operation of a renovated building that will include a cafe, restaurant, and stopover gîte.
The offer focuses on operating a space comprising a cafe-bar-restaurant with a 25 m² dining room accommodating 16 covers, a 22 m² equipped kitchen with storage space, and a Licence IV. The establishment will also feature a stopover gîte with a 7-bed dormitory, showers, and restrooms, as well as two double rooms, providing a total capacity of 15 simultaneous beds. A 23 m² lounge area and a bicycle storage room complete the facilities, along with an outdoor terrace.
The provisional calendar indicates that the call for applications will run from October 12 to November 30, 2026. Selection interviews will take place in December 2026, with operations expected to begin in the spring of 2027.
