The village of Falicon has benefited since July 18, 2024 from a new commercial offering with the opening of 'L’Échoppe', a grocery-bar managed by Camille Poupardin. This establishment aims to revitalize local life by offering a dual service.
The grocery section provides everyday necessities as well as a selection of fresh local products, including fruits, vegetables, cured meats, and cheeses. The goal is to supply residents with daily essentials and regional specialties.
Concurrently, 'L’Échoppe' offers a bar area in a relaxed atmosphere. Customers can enjoy coffees, various drinks, cocktails, and fine wines. The food menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, composed salads, and homemade sweets, all available on a shaded terrace.
