A meeting took place at the town hall of Saint-Martin-du-Var on September 18 with the National Forestry Office (ONF). The agenda focused on Legal Clearing Obligations (OLD).
The municipality was thanked and congratulated by the ONF for its actions in this area. It is considered to be at the forefront of this effort and has requested ONF follow-up on these obligations.
Controls will be carried out during the week of November 16 to raise awareness, inform, and inspect properties. More repressive controls are also planned for the spring of 2027.
