Immerse yourself in the heart of Provence during this traditional festival! Streets will be illuminated by the soft glow of lanterns, crafted during a participatory workshop, while the intoxicating melodies of fifes, galoubets, drums, horns, and percussion resonate. Dressed in their finest bestiary costumes, Tarabastal Saboï will parade with pride, inviting you to share their universe. A unique moment to celebrate Provençal culture and create unforgettable memories.
From 2 PM to 5 PM, a lantern-making workshop will take place on the "places comtales." The creations will be used to adorn the streets during the musical parade and the fire ritual in the final show. An activity to share, welcoming both young and old.
The parade will depart at 5:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, a show will be held in front of the stage on the Cours Mirabeau, where the audience can be carried away by the sacred pulsations of Saboï with the Collectif Temporadas.
This event is organized by the City and the Tourist Office of Aix-en-Provence.
