Residents of the Pays d’Arles are invited to express their views on the new Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) until December 1, 2026.

The Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) serves as the roadmap for the region's ecological and energy transition. It outlines the strategies and actions to combat climate change, adapt to its effects, develop renewable energy, manage energy consumption, and improve air quality.
This plan addresses practical aspects of daily life, including transportation, housing, food, production and consumption patterns, and the preservation of natural resources.
Public participation via electronic means (PVE) is open from November 1 to December 1, 2026, inclusive. This citizen consultation allows every resident of the Pays d’Arles to review the PCAET project, discover the territory's quantified objectives, and submit their observations, questions, and proposals.
The complete PCAET dossier and the register for contributions are available online on the website of the Pôle d’Équilibre Territorial et Rural (PETR) du Pays d’Arles (https://pays-arles.org/les.../la-transition-energetique). A paper version can also be accessed at the PETR headquarters, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Observations can be sent directly to the President of the PETR du Pays d’Arles by postal mail (PETR du Pays d’Arles, Couvent Saint-Césaire, 1, impasse des Mourgues, 13200 Arles) or by email to contact@pays-arles.org.
This consultation provides an important opportunity to voice opinions on the territory's ecological and energy transition strategies before their adoption.
