The initiative, which will take place over several months, will offer young people (11-14 years old) the opportunity to participate in creating a collective vegetable garden, planting vegetables and aromatic plants, as well as building insect hotels and birdhouses. Creative workshops around the garden and learning about composting are also on the agenda, fostering participants' creativity, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
The project also aims to be intergenerational, inviting parents, grandparents, and local residents who wish to share their knowledge or lend a hand to participate in the various activities offered.
Financially supported by the CAF 13 and involving local partners such as the association of Jardins Potagers Familiaux du Salat, "Graines solidaires" aims to promote the transmission of know-how and support young people in their discoveries.
