If you were absent when the technicians visited, a notice has been left in your mailbox. It is mandatory to provide the 5 white digits on a black background (the m³ readings) from your meter before the deadline of October 16, 2026.
This information can be submitted by mail to: CCSPVA, 33 rue de la Lauzière, 05230 La Bâtie-Neuve, or by email to: secretariat.eauassainissement@ccspva.com.
Failure to report by this deadline will result in your bill being estimated based on your previous consumption. For any access or health issues preventing you from taking the reading yourself, please contact the Drinking Water Service directly during opening hours.
