The Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis is inviting residents, users, and visitors to participate in the public inquiry for its 2025-2035 Mobility Plan, running from November 12, 2026, to January 4, 2027.

Until January 4, 2027, everyone is invited to provide their opinion on the 2025-2035 Mobility Plan project for the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis (TPM). This plan, which outlines the mobility strategy for the next ten years, aims to facilitate daily life, improve the quality of life in the territory's 12 municipalities, and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.
The project is based on 39 actions organized around four main axes: strengthening the attractiveness of public transport, developing active mobility (walking and cycling), organizing tourist and event-based mobility, and supporting changes through a mobility ecosystem.
Projections within the plan anticipate a significant shift in travel habits: the share of car use is expected to decrease from 56% to 45%, public transport from 7% to 12%, and cycling from 2.5% to 8%. The objective also includes a 25% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
The public inquiry, overseen by an independent inquiry commissioner, Jean-Christophe Delhaye, is accessible online via the Metropolis's dedicated website (metropoletpm.fr/PDM2035), as well as through paper registers available at the Metropolis's City Hall in Toulon and in the 12 municipal offices across the territory.
A public meeting to present the 2025-2035 Mobility Plan project will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Salle Bortolaso, 89 rue Jean-Philippe Rameau in Toulon. Observations can be submitted until the inquiry closes on Monday, January 4, 2027, at 10 AM, by mail or email to enquete-publique-7764@registre-dematerialise.fr.
