The Agglomération Provence Verte has launched a public inquiry regarding its draft Intercommunal Local Advertising Regulation (RLPi), aimed at regulating advertising across all 28 of its member municipalities.

The objective of this regulation is to preserve the quality of landscapes, the living environment, and the identity of the territory by controlling the installation of advertisements, signs, and pre-signs. Order n° AR-2026-065, issued on October 4, 2026, by the President of the Agglomération Provence Verte, officially initiated this public inquiry.
Everyone is invited to consult the documentation and express their observations during the consultation period, which runs from Monday, November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM to Monday, November 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The project can be viewed online on the Agglomeration's website (www.caprovenceverte.fr), at the public inquiry's headquarters in Brignoles, and at the town halls of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, Nans-les-Pins, and La Roquebrussanne.
