This project, mandated by the APER law of March 10, 2023, aims to identify areas suitable for solar electricity production. It was developed by the Chamber of Agriculture and the State services to balance the development of renewable energies with the preservation of natural, agricultural, and forest spaces.
Following an initial consultation with professional organizations and local authorities, the draft is now open for public review. Citizens can access the documents on the State portal for the Var.
The available documents include a map of identified plots, the framework document detailing the methodology and eligibility criteria, and the draft prefectural decree approving the document.
