From November 18 to 28, 2026, the TPM Conservatory's Autumn Festival returns for its 12th edition. For two weeks, students, teachers, and artists will take over several municipalities within the Métropole with a vibrant program featuring music, dance, circus, and theater. Ten events are scheduled in various cultural venues and partner sites, including new locations such as the Victor Hugo hall in Ollioules, L’Escale Theater and the ice rink in La Garde, and the Alexandre 1er garden in Toulon. Concerts, professional shows, and original creations will bring together students and teachers, with sessions also offered to school audiences.
The festival kicks off on November 18 at the Temple in Toulon with Présent passé, a concert exploring ancient and contemporary repertoires. On November 19, the L’Escale Theater in La Garde will host Cabaret Buenos Aires, blending music, dance, and circus around tangos. On November 20, the Espace des Arts in Le Pradet will present PERCEPT, a choreographic creation exploring the subjectivity of our perceptions.
Artistic experiences beyond traditional frameworks are also on the agenda. On November 21, musician Lo Guénin will present Walden at the Alexandre 1er garden in Toulon, an in-situ sound creation. On the same day, in La Garde, the ice rink will host Banda sur glace, an energetic brass ensemble. On November 22, the Villa Noailles in Hyères will feature Suites déployées, a spatialized reinterpretation of Bach's suites.
The festival will pay tribute to Quincy Jones on November 25 in Ollioules with Quincy, a concert-conference. On November 26, Benjamin Melia and Patrick Vaillant will revisit local traditions with Musique provençale à quatre mains at L'Anglicane in Hyères. On November 27, Le Live in Toulon will host Chick to Chick 7tet, a tribute to Chick Corea. The festival concludes on November 28 in La Seyne-sur-Mer with Paroles, a performance inspired by the poems of Jacques Prévert.
Beyond the performances, the Autumn Festival highlights the Conservatory TPM's identity: transmission, encounter, and experimentation, extending the year-round educational work. This 12th edition also underscores the rich partnerships with cultural stakeholders in the region, making the Métropole an open stage for all disciplines and curiosities.
Festival events are free, with the exception of Banda sur glace. Some events require booking. The full program and reservations are available at www.conservatoire-tpm.fr/agenda. Information: conservatoire-resa@metropoletpm.fr | 04 94 93 34 29.
