For this 2026 edition, volunteers from various backgrounds have gathered in Saint-Tropez to participate in a restoration project within the Citadelle. For three weeks, they are working on restoring two retaining walls, discovering and applying traditional skills.
This joint initiative, launched in 1996, celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Over the years, numerous volunteers have contributed to safeguarding this heritage, also enabling the transmission of traditional techniques.
The City warmly thanks all the volunteers, the OPUS teams, as well as Michel Perrault, deputy for culture, the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, and the Citadelle teams for their continuous commitment.
